 All orders placed by 2:30pm (Pacific Standard Time) ship out within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:30pm will ship within the following 2 business days.                             (No exceptions for expedited shipping orders)

We guarantee to ship your order within two business day, unless the item ordered is not in stock, in that case, we will inform you immediately. For orders over $200.00 we require an indirect signature for receipt of the package. We include this service free of charge!

SHIPPING OPTIONS - We offer 4 levels of shipping choices within the US (excluding AK, HI, PR & P.O. Boxes).

•FedEx Ground - orders received by 3pm will arrive in 1-5 business days
•FedEx 2-Day - orders received by 3pm will arrive in 2 business days
•FedEx 3-Day - orders received by 3pm will arrive in 3 business days
•FedEx Overnight - orders received by 3pm will arrive the next business day

FedEx 2-Day (This is expedited air shipment) for Alaska, Hawaii and other non-continental US territories!

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT - We will email you an order confirmation of the purchase of your package, and a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from FedEx. With that tracking number, you can check the status of your package either by calling FedEx at 1(800)GO-FEDEX or by going to the FedEx website at FedEx.com

RETURN POLICY - If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a prompt refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable). All returns must be postmarked within 30 days after the date the toy was received. Merchandise must be in an unused condition, with original box and with all toys intact to ensure complete credit. Prior to sending your return, please call Bruder Toy Shop at 1-877-858-8697 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include a copy of the receipt (or original), your name, date of purchase, RMA number and reason for return. All sales become final after 30 days.
