All orders placed by 3:00pm (Pacific Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm will ship the following business day.

RETURN POLICY - If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a prompt refund of the purchase price (shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable). All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days after the date the toy was received. Merchandise must be in an unused condition, with original box and with all toys intact to ensure complete credit/exchange. Prior to sending your return, please call Active Toys at 1-877-858-8697 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include a copy of the receipt (or original), your name, date of purchase, RMA number and reason for return. All sales become final after 30 days.

We guarantee to ship your order within one business day unless the item ordered is not in stock. In that case we will inform you immediately. Since we carry a large stock of each item you don't have to worry about toys being out of stock for more than 5-business days. For orders over $100.00 we require a signature for reciept of the package. We include this service free of charge!

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT - We will email you to confirm the shipment of your package, including a tracking code from FedEx. With that tracking code, you can check the status of your package either by calling FedEx at 1(800)GO-FEDEX or by going to the Fedex web site at FedEx.

GIFT WRAPPING This is a convenient and easy way of sending gifts. If you select gift-wrapping during checkout, the items in your order will be nicely wrapped. Gift-wrapping is offered at $ 7.00 per item.
